WE (the undersigned) comprise the majority of AGL, Action Games League. This group is a collection of Action Games League founding members, veterans and regular members.
A lot has been said and speculated upon what is transpiring within the league, we deem it timely to address the issues through this open letter.
Let it be known that this notice of action was the result of Rex "Almighty" Villarosa's desire to rid AGL of members who opposed his demands by;
• A questionable database crash that resulted in the purging of the members list on the AGL website
• Rejecting suggestions to reform the management structure of AGL
• Hastily registering the name of AGL (Action Games League 1985 Inc.) without the consent and approval of the majority of AGL in order to gain ownership of Action Games League trademark.
• Refusal to engage in dialogue with AGL members to resolve internal issues to the detriment of the majority.
Over the years, AGL's existence has encountered challenges and conflicts amongst its members and other airsoft teams. There are times when a founding organization like AGL reaches the crossroads and decides on its future.
To further the legacy and common aspirations of AGL, WE, the members of this fraternity decided to re-organize ourselves into a more dynamic and cohesive organization.
We call on those inactive and disenfranchised AGL members, to let themselves be known and identified as brothers and sisters in AGL. We do away with the PAST LEADERSHIP and forge ahead with a new vision.
Think of this as a "reunion" of old friendships in a time of healing.
